The short version: a bearded operator who has been called an old goat for a long time, a real goat named Moody with one horn, twenty-five years of running businesses, and a wife who has lived every version of the plan. The long version still fits in a driveway.

We are based in Garland. That is not a service-area slogan. The yard is here. Firewheel, Duck Creek, Centerville, and the lake side of town are the first miles on the truck. Richardson, Plano, Rowlett, Mesquite, Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, Rockwall, and Allen are the core. We grow north as capacity allows — countryside is the long play, not a billboard.

How we work

You send photos. We send a range based on how much of a 14-yard usable trailer the pile will fill. On site we confirm the number before anything loads. Same-day happens when the calendar has a hole, not because we printed “24/7” on a wrap.

We donate what is honest to donate. We recycle metal and the obvious stuff. The rest goes to a licensed dump. We will not put another organization’s name on your invoice. Jolly Goat Junk is the junk company.

What we are not

We are not a 40-yard demolition outfit. We are not a national franchise with a script. We are not a cartoon. Moody had one horn. Two-horn clipart is someone else’s mascot.

Team photos, truck shots, and early-job pictures will live on the Meet the Team page as they are shot in Texas light — real, sunny, slightly imperfect. Until then, the 2021 Moody photo is the truth we already have.
