An office refresh, a retail closet, or the leftover from a tenant who left cubicles and a dead copier.

Commercial junk removal in Garland and North Dallas

Quoted like residential volume on a 14-yard trailer. After-hours by arrangement.

Fifteen-yard dump trailer used for light commercial junk hauling — not a 40-yard demo box

Jolly Goat Junk is not a 40-yard construction outfit. We are a fifteen-yard dump trailer with fourteen yards usable, and a crew that can empty a small office, a salon closet, a shop’s back room, or the leftover from a tenant who left cubicles and a dead copier. That is light commercial in Garland, Richardson, Plano, and the rest of North Dallas. If you need a full demo crew, we will tell you. If you need the pile gone before Monday’s staff, we are in range.

Volume is still the card. A few desks and chairs can be the $125–$175 minimum or a quarter load at $275. A packed storage room is often a half or three-quarters — $450 or $625. A full small office can fill the trailer at $770. Dense fixtures and copiers cube like furniture until they do not; photos from the doorway with the lights on are the bid. We confirm the number on site before anything rolls to the trailer.

After-hours and early mornings are by arrangement, not a surprise add-on at 9 p.m. Many Richardson Telecom Corridor and Plano offices want us in before the lot fills, or after closing so customers never see the pile. Say the constraint. Gate codes, loading docks that are really a back door, and certificates of insurance are ordinary paperwork. We would rather email a COI than argue with a property manager in the lobby.

Copiers, server racks, and anything with a hard drive: we haul the metal. Data wipe is your IT policy, not ours. Pull drives if you care. Tell us if something is leased and cannot leave. We do not referee a vendor dispute in a hallway, and we do not stack mystery chemicals “from the last tenant” on a household-style load. Wet paint, solvents, fuels, and explosives stay off.

Retail and shop jobs look like fixtures, shelving contents, and the stock that did not sell. If it is still merchandised on a wall, that may be a demo you have not finished. If it is in the aisle, it is a haul. Light leftover from a small refresh — old flooring, a counter already off the wall — can ride. A full gut of a restaurant or a medical suite is often the wrong trailer. We are curious, and we are willing to pass.

Inside fifteen miles of our Garland yard, mileage is included. That covers a lot of small commercial along Jupiter, Belt Line, and the older retail strips in Mesquite and Garland. Addison and far west Plano we check. Extra miles past fifteen are extra miles, not a new rate card invented for businesses.

Invoicing can go to an office, a job name, or a card on site. We are a small local crew, not a national vendor portal. We can send a clean PDF bid, work a weekday window, and leave the suite broom-clean in the areas we were asked to empty. We do not pad commercial pages with invented logos of “partners.” The work is the pile and the confirmed number.

Property managers should also look at our property-management page; offices that are truly office-shaped should look at office cleanout. This page is the umbrella: light commercial junk that fits a dump trailer. Mixed jobs — a shop in front, a storage unit behind — are fine if the photos show both.

Same-week is the usual honest lead time. Same-day happens when the calendar and the access line up. Storm leftover behind a strip center, a tenant skip on a Saturday, a remodel scrap pile on a Monday — send photos. We will tell you if it is our fourteen yards or someone else’s forty. A Garland shop and a Richardson suite on the same morning can be one loop when the map agrees; two far pins are two windows. We would rather say that than promise a city-wide sweep we cannot keep.

Recurring small jobs — a shop that fills a back room every quarter, a salon that sheds chairs, a gym that retires machines — can be a relationship without a contract theater. We quote each pile. If last time was a quarter and this time is a half, the photos will show why. We do not lock you into a monthly minimum you do not need.

Medical, dental, and lab leftover is a maybe. Furniture and ordinary boxes, yes. Sharps, drugs, and mystery chemicals, no. Tell us the trade before we roll so we can pass early if we should. Restaurants that need a full equipment pull with grease and gas are often a specialist. A closed boutique with racks and a counter already on the floor is our size.

Usable furniture that is actually usable can skip the landfill. Most commercial leftover is tired cubicle and broken fixtures. We will not romanticize it. The quietly good version of this job is a suite you can recarpet, a back room you can walk, and a driveway conversation that matched the invoice. Text the pictures. We confirm on the slab.

What we take

  • Office furniture, cubicles, and the break-room leftover
  • Retail fixtures that are already free of the wall
  • Copiers, desks, and boxed remnant inventory (non-hazardous)
  • The storage room that became a warehouse
  • Light leftover after a small commercial refresh

What we don't

  • Heavy construction and 40-yard demolition
  • Wet paint, chemicals, fuels, and explosives
  • Charged refrigerant equipment
  • Medical, industrial, or mystery drums

FAQ

Do you take construction debris from a commercial remodel?

Small leftover piles, sometimes. Full remodels and roof tear-offs are a dumpster or a larger hauler. We will not bid what we cannot load safely.

Can you come after closing?

Yes, with notice. After-hours is scheduled, not a surprise add-on at 9 p.m.

Do you need a certificate of insurance?

If the property asks, say so when you book. We would rather send it than wait in the lobby.

Will you wipe hard drives?

No. We haul the metal. Data wipe is your IT policy. Pull drives if you care.

Is commercial priced differently than residential?

Same volume card. Access, hours, and density can move the number. Photos first, confirm on site.
