Junk Removal in Northeast Dallas — Lake Highlands to White Rock
Lake Highlands, White Rock, Casa Linda, and the Ferguson corridor are typically inside the included 15 miles.
We are not a downtown high-rise company. We are a Northeast Dallas and Garland company. Lake Highlands, Casa Linda, White Rock, and the Ferguson corridor are regular drive time from the yard — included miles, ranch houses, duplexes, and the occasional alley that is tighter than it looks on the map. Junk removal in this slice of Dallas is sofas, garage leftover, estate remainders, and the mattress that missed bulky week. It is not a tower loading dock with a four-hour elevator reservation and a certificate of insurance in triplicate. If that is your building, say so; we will tell you if we are the wrong crew.
Lake Highlands (75238, parts of 75243 and 75231) is brick ranches, Skillman and Audelia, Lake Highlands Town Center, and garages that have been storing a family's extra life since the park-and-ride felt new. White Rock (75218) tightens: smaller lots, lake traffic, Flag Pole Hill on a pretty Saturday, the Bath House and the trail drawing cars that do not care about your driveway. Casa Linda and Casa Linda Plaza sit between those textures — mid-century houses, a shopping strip people still use as a landmark, and alleys behind some blocks that are the honest access. Ferguson Road through Casa View and 75228 is the workhorse commercial-and-house mix, farther east, still close to Garland.
White Rock lake houses are a specific access problem. The pile is often on the lake side. The trailer is on the street side. The path is a gate, a grade, maybe stairs. Send the approach photo. We will say if we stage from the street and carry. We would rather price a carry than take a limestone wall with a fender. Lakewood, closer in, can still be an easy run; it is a pin check, not a brand promise. Houses and duplexes yes. Towers maybe not.
Northeast Dallas already has bulky collection, and residents use it. Alleys fill. Heat sits on a sofa. When the pile is mixed, heavy, off-week, or behind a house the city truck will not walk into, we are the paid option that finishes. A 15-yard dump trailer with 14 yards usable handles a ranch garage or a lake-lot patio plus a room. Minimum $125 to $175. Quarter $275. Half $450. Three-quarters $625. Full $770. Most of this map does not pick up mileage. Stairs, long carries, sealed fridges, and tires still might.
How we quote is a photo from the alley or the driveway, a cross street — Garland Road, Ferguson, Skillman, Abrams, Buckner, Lake Highlands Drive — and a note about stairs. We send a range. We confirm on site before we load. Donation and recycling when the item still has a use. Landfill for the rest. No partner names. No invented reviews from a Casa Linda patio. No street address for the yard on the internet. Garland is home base; your cross street is enough to start.
Same-day is common because the drive is short. White Rock on a weekend is the exception we plan around, not the exception we pretend is fine. If the trail is a parking lot, we pick a weekday morning. If you have a duplex and a tenant pile on the curb, property-manager photos are welcome. We can usually turn a unit faster than a bulky week can.
Casa View and the Ferguson corridor still have the mid-century houses that hide an attic and a garage in the same visit. Buckner, Garland Road, and the streets off Casa Linda Plaza are landmarks we actually use, not decoration. A bulky week that is not this week, a fridge the city wants handled, a duplex whose alley is the only path — those are the calls. We load from the alley when the alley can take us. We stage on the street when it cannot. Either way the pile leaves.
Far East Dallas toward the Garland line is, frankly, our commute. Those jobs feel like Garland jobs that happened to sit across a city limit. We do not charge a philosophy fee for that. Volume is volume. You point at what stays. We take what goes. The garage gets to be a garage, the lake lot gets its path back, and we go back up Garland Road with a trailer that was built for this exact ring of the city.

FAQ — Northeast Dallas junk removal
Do you go to Lakewood?
Often yes. It is a pin check. Houses and duplexes yes; tower loading docks maybe not. Tell us the building rules if you are in a mid-rise.
What about White Rock lake houses?
Yes. Tight lots mean we may stage from the street and carry. Send the approach photo and the path to the pile.
Is Ferguson Road / Casa View included?
Typically yes. 75228 and the Ferguson corridor are a short run from Garland. You pay volume and access, not a city-limit surcharge.
Can you haul from a Lake Highlands alley?
If the alley can take the trailer, we use it. Low wires and a tight turn mean we stage on the street. A photo of the alley is worth more than a description.
Do you do downtown Dallas high-rises?
That is not our product. Northeast Dallas houses, townhomes, and garden apartments are. If your building needs a COI and a dock appointment, tell us up front so we can say no quickly.
