1. Photos and a pin
Text pictures of the pile, the path to the truck, and stairs if there are any. A cross street in Garland, Plano, Richardson, or wherever you are is enough to check the 15-mile line.

2. A range, then a window
We price by how much of the trailer it will fill. You get a number from the card — $125–$175 minimum, $770 for a full 14-yard load — not a theatrical “free estimate” that becomes a different figure at the curb. If we cannot do the job, we say so here.

3. Confirm, load, leave it clean
On site we agree the number before anything goes on the trailer. Then we lift. You do not have to help. Usable items get pulled off the landfill pile when it is honest to do so.
