Single-item junk pickup in North Dallas

Not every job is a garage. A lot of North Dallas calls are one thing that city bulk pickup will not take this week: a sofa that does not break down, a fridge, a broken treadmill, a grill that rusted through the patio. Jolly Goat Junk’s floor is $125–$175 for that class of work. You are paying for the roll-out, the labor, and the dump — not for filling a fourteen-yard usable trailer you do not need.

If the item is at the curb with a clear path, it is the cheap version of the minimum. If it is a fridge on a second-story landing, or a sleeper sofa around a tight corner in a Richardson townhome, we still take it — we just price the access. Text a photo. We will tell you which it is. On site we confirm the number before we lift, even when the number is the floor.

Garland, Sachse, Rowlett, Wylie, Murphy, and much of Plano sit inside the fifteen-mile included radius from our yard. A single couch in those cities is a normal Tuesday. Frisco and north McKinney still get a yes; extra miles past fifteen show up on the range. We do not refuse a recliner because the pin is slightly long. We also do not hide the map.

Fridges and window units with freon cannot go on a regular dump load until the refrigerant is recovered. We will not pretend otherwise. If we cannot take it that day, we will say so instead of showing up and shrugging. Washers, dryers, ranges, and dishwashers are ordinary if they are disconnected. Live plumbing is still your plumber.

Treadmills are single items that behave like two items in a stairwell. Mention the floor. Dining chairs sold as “just the table” still count as the set if they are going. Honesty about what “one thing” means keeps the minimum honest. If the one thing is a hot tub or a piano, those are specialty quotes on their own pages — not this floor.

You can usually add a few bags if we are already there and they fit the same run. That is how a single-item job becomes a min or a quarter load ($275). We will tell you if it changes the number before the bags hit the trailer. A garage you “might as well” empty is no longer a single item. Send the extra photos and we will re-range it. Curiosity is welcome. Surprise volume is how people feel tricked, and we will not do that.

HOA streets would rather see us for twenty minutes than a mattress on the curb until bulk week. Apartments would rather have a visitor-pass crew than a dumpster in the fire lane. Tell us the rule. We work inside it. Same-day is when the calendar has a window, which for one piece is more likely than for a whole-house cleanout. It is still not a national 24/7 promise.

Usable pieces that are actually usable can skip the landfill. Most single-item calls are the opposite: the piece failed, and it is time. We will not write you a poem about it, and we will not invent a review. The after is the spot on the floor where the thing was, and a confirmed number that was the number.

Moody does not fetch couches. The crew does. The one horn is just the face on the mark so you know who rolled up. Text the picture and a cross street — Walnut, Jupiter, Campbell, Broadway in Garland, Park in Plano. We will tell you if it looks like the floor, the floor plus stairs, or a quarter because you also have a box spring.

Two bulky pieces at one house is not a trick question. Send both photos. Often it is still a minimum or a quarter, and we would rather say that up front than watch a second dresser appear after we quoted a lamp. Two addresses is two pins. We do not hop a recliner from Richardson to a mattress in Wylie as one minimum unless the map and the calendar honestly make one loop — and then you will see two piles on the range.

If you have been waiting for bulk week and bulk week keeps moving, this is the smaller paid door. One trip. One piece. On-site confirm. Then we dump it at a licensed facility and you get the room back before the weekend guests, the listing photos, or the simple wish to not look at it anymore.
